These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Shoxyfy website and purchase of products from our online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, customers agree to follow these terms.

All product details, prices, images and availability shown on the website are provided for customer convenience. We try to keep information accurate, but minor differences in colour, size, packaging or appearance may occur due to screen settings, product batches or photography. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be processed as per the price shown at the time of order placement.

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email address and delivery address while placing an order. Shoxyfy will not be responsible for failed delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. If an order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or wrong address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Orders may be paid through available payment methods such as Razorpay or Cash on Delivery, depending on service availability. Shoxyfy reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, pricing error, suspected misuse, payment failure or delivery limitations. In case of prepaid order cancellation by Shoxyfy, eligible refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

Customers should use the website only for lawful purposes. Copying content, misusing product images, attempting unauthorized access or disrupting website services is not allowed. Any dispute will be handled as per applicable laws and business policies.
