Shipping Policy
Shoxyfy ships products to serviceable locations across India through available courier and delivery partners. After an order is placed, we verify the order details, prepare the product and dispatch it as early as possible. Standard order processing usually takes 1 to 3 working days depending on product availability, order volume and payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time may vary based on customer location, courier partner, weather, public holidays, local restrictions and logistics conditions. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, but remote areas may take additional time. Delivery timelines shown or communicated are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details including full address, city, state, pincode and active phone number. Our delivery partner may contact the customer for delivery confirmation. If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery or provides incorrect information, delivery may fail and the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may involve additional charges.
Once an order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email or website order update where available. If the package appears damaged at delivery, customers should contact us quickly with photos and delivery details.
