Return Policy
Shoxyfy accepts return, replacement or refund requests only in eligible cases such as wrong product received, damaged product received, missing item or product not matching the order details. Customers must raise the request within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team on WhatsApp or email.
To process a return or replacement request, customers may be required to share the order ID, registered phone number, clear product photos and an unboxing video. The product should be unused, in original condition and with original packaging, tags and accessories wherever applicable. Products damaged due to customer handling, usage, washing, misuse or improper storage will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Some items may not be returnable due to hygiene, personalization, clearance sale, fragile nature or special offer conditions. Such conditions, if applicable, may be mentioned on the product page or communicated before order confirmation.
If a return is approved, customers may be asked to ship the product back or wait for reverse pickup where available. After the returned product is received and inspected, replacement or refund will be processed based on eligibility. Refunds for prepaid orders are generally processed to the original payment method or another approved method within 5 to 7 working days after approval. Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.
